The academic year 2023–2024 laid a profound foundation for high-level legal research and institutional modernization. A major milestone was achieved as the college was officially recognized as a Ph.D. Research Center by Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), elevating its status to an advanced hub for scholars contributing to modern legal jurisprudence.

Concurrently, the establishment of the DES Centre for Legal Excellence (DES CLE) transformed professional training by delivering multi-dimensional certificate courses, para-legal internships, and launching the distinguished 'Swatantryaveer Savarkar Smruti Abhinav Bharat Vyaspeeth' lecture series. On the global stage, the college expanded its footprint, driving international mentorship opportunities for young graduates through its burgeoning London Chapter alongside domestic chapters.
