Dissertation Submission Report

In our college two years LL.M. course is conducted in which total four semesters are there. In last semester the students are suppose to conduct research project named as ‘dissertation’. The dissertation thesis consists of total 8 credits which is mandatory for the completion of the LL.M. course. In last year dissertation project submission various unique topics were taken by the students for research study. Following data consist of the total dissertation project submission in last academic year i.e.; 2020-21.

In LL.M. course the students are supposed to opt for one specialization subject. The options for specialization are Business Law and International Law. The above data has been arranged according to the specialization subjects. Some of the dissertation topics from previous year submissions are; Blue Economy: A study to create awareness and review the policy frame work to breakthrough Covid -19 clause, Corporate Social Responsibility - Brand Image and Social Impact, FSSAI- Role in Food Quality and Consumer Safety, Astounding Trajectory of International Commercial Arbitration: An Indian Perspective, Forensic Accounting – A study of its significance in Indian Corporate Sector etc.
